Every piece is opened, checked and verified before it is offered, and again in front of you at handover. Condition, service history and papers are described as they are, not as they would sell best.
Face to face
The deal is settled at the counter, in person. Nothing is paid up front, nothing is shipped to a stranger. Buy, sell or trade, the watch and the money change hands in the same room.
