Message on WhatsAppThe 7118 is Patek's dedicated ladies' Nautilus body, keeping Gérald Genta's 1976 porthole silhouette but genuinely scaled down rather than just narrowed from the men's case. The Joaillerie line built on it pushes the sports-watch-in-precious-metal idea into high jewellery, and does it with coloured stones rather than the diamonds most Nautilus jewellery pieces default to.
This Patek Philippe Nautilus Joaillerie wears a 35.2mm rose gold case with a rose-gilt wave dial and 79 spessartite garnets across the dial and bezel. Calibre 26-330 S C inside, on its own integrated rose gold bracelet.
Fun fact: the 68 bezel stones are spessartite garnets, not diamonds, graded in a deliberate gradient from cognac to champagne, an unusual choice for a Nautilus given Patek's jewellery pieces otherwise lean almost entirely on diamonds and sapphires.
